Light color CSA binder
General characteristics
Light color CSA binder with grade 82.5Mpa, is a hydraulic binder based on calcium sulfo aluminate, specially designed to be blended with anhydrite and some other materials, such as sand, crashed stone, pigments to make artificial stone & countertops by Polar Bear plant in year 2000.
This binder is manufactured under a strict quality assurance systems GB/T 19001-2000(i.e. ISO9001:2000) and GB/T 240001-1996(i.e. ISO 14001:1996) which accommodates the technical requirements of building chemistry formulators.

Hydraulic Properties
The characteristics of LIGHT COLOR CSA BINDER have been tested in accordance with the Chinese standards: GB20472-2006.
Setting time determined at 20℃, using Vicat needle according to GB/T 1346-2001.
Mechanical strength at 20℃, 95% relative humidity according to GB20472-2006 .

Application area
Advantages by using LIGHT COLOR CSA BINDER:
- The color of this CSA BINDER is more lighter than other cement, can be easily colored by pigment.
- Hydrated products have hydration alumina gel and ettringite crystals which can generate beautiful luster on surface of the artificial stone.
- Hydrated products of CSA BINDER are hydration alumina gel, ettringite crystals and hydrated calcium silicate, can avoid the strength decreasing.
- CSA BINDER is a low alkali cement, can avoid the re-alkali.
- Hydrated products ettringite crystals, is an expansive crystalline substance which is formed very stable over time, can avoid the cracking and shrinkage.
- CSA BINDER is also a low CO2Emissions cement.

Storage
LIGHT COLOR CSA BINDER is normally supplied in one-tonne bag which include a moister resistant barrier. However, in common with all hydraulic binders LIGHT COLOR CSA BINDER must be kept from moisture, and can retain its properties for up to six months when properly stored.
